I already received payout on cancellation, and tho I keep trying to pay a refund, airbnb says I cannot issue a refund where payout has already occurred. Now what do I do?
When you set up your listing, you would have chosen what sort of cancellation policy you wanted for your property.
When you guest cancels BNB will unblock your listing and you can try and relet the property.
Unless your guests are already with you and BNB has paid out, they have your guests money and will refund or not depending on your cancellation policy.
Your guest will need to talk to BNB not you about any refund.
