A month ago we had case of prostitution in our apartment by a guest. Since Finland has no contact number for AirBnb I ended up calling the US number to get the reservation cancelled. To replace the soiled linens etc. the contact for AirBnb asked for pictures of the damages which I provided however since then I have not received any responses to any of my emails. Tried contacting using the email thread for the initial issue, tried creating a new one, but no-one is responding.
How should I proceed ?
