How to set up a special offer for non-consecutive days

I have a potential long-term guest who wants to stay with me every Tuesday and Wednesday night for approximately four months. I've offered him my discounted monthly per night rate if he can pay up front. How do I set up an offer like that in Airbnb?

I don’t think Airbnb has this option since the days are not consecutive. I would think that the guest will have to send you inquires for each separate booking, and you will have to make especial offers for each request with the price you want to offer (there is the risk that he doesn't book all of them with you after getting individual discounts, or cancel the ones far in advance without any mayor penalties)
