I accidently declined a reservation, but I want to go ahead with the guest booking at my property... However, when I tried to send 'Special Offer' it says that I can't go forward with the booking as the dates are blocked out. How do I fix this? When the guest tried to re-book it says that the dates are blocked. How do I unblock?
If you decelined a reservation request on accident, you would have had a little tickbox that says 'block these dates' or something similar. If you left that clicked (which you probably did, since the decline was an accident), the dates are blocked. I don't know if you can go to your standard calendar and unblock them. If you click on the dates in your calendar, can you unblock them there? If not, you'll have to call AirBNB.
