I didn't meet for Super Host status and this is just so unfair

Hey Guys,

I wanted to know if there is any way to ask Airbnb to reconsider their decision for not giving me the super host status. 

My husband and I do good job with our guests to keep them happy and well served and that's how we get 5 star reviews ~all the time.

Two weeks back my husband's grandfather passed away and we had to cancel two reservations to travel to his home country!

Just because of that we were droped from the status of Super Host.

How could we possibily know the disaster before happening?!

Shouldn't there be any reconsideration about this?

You should be aware that you can cancel and rehouse guests under extenuating circumstances. However you always contact AirBnB and get them to do this for you.

AirBnB just see your cancellation - they have no idea of your tough personal circumstances unless you reach out to them and ask for their help. 

Contact them and explain what happened - good luck and sorry to hear about your husband's grandfather.
