Incorrect payout

Hi there,

I had a booking for ZAR 2613 after airbnb fees and only received GBP 19 into my bank account. This amounts both appear in the transaction history. At the current exchange rate the payout should be GBP 158, so that is way too far out to be because of a slight FX difference. 

Pls let me know how I can find out what the problem is here and how to fix it?

Hi Jan & Stella,

This sounds like something you would need to contact Airbnb about. I don't think the host community will be able to help with this.
