Is it better to have multiple listings?

We are just starting out with airbnb and we want to know if it's better to have multiple listings for rooms or just one.  can someone please give me their thoughts

@Rose303  One listing per room and then one listing with all rooms to attact larger groups that you can link to avoid double bookings would be the way I would set it up.
