Is there any issues with airbnb agreement if we start hosting guests from other platforms?
Booking.com and Expedia also started listing individual home/apt owners to rent room in their houses and apartments. My friends airbnb hosts are of opinion that they are better platforms to rent rooms. Agreement displayed during ' List Your property' in the Booking.com and Expedia is not saying we cannot host in airbnb. My friend posting got approved and got 18 bookings in 6 hours.
Anybody can give advise , will airbnb have a problem ?
I don't think it would be a problem, as long as you abide by local tax rules, leasehold regulations and by-laws etc, and be very carful with your calendar to prevent double bookings. 18 bookings in 6 hours is a heck of a lot! Let us know how it goes.
