Missing items

I'm missing a top sheet and several towels, and a spoon after someone left. Anything I can do? Can't replace matching. So I ordered entirely new sets of sheets (which were only 3 months old) and all new towels (again, only 3 months old). Not sure what I'll do about the missing spoon yet.

 

I gnenerally do 3 month rentals, occassinally one month. The last 2 guests have left the space horribily. Guess I've been spoiled. Any suggestions? They've just been gross.
