My guest wants to now arrive 2 days later

I would appreciate some advice....

We have a big sailing event in Bermuda this month so it has been very busy.

I have a guy booked in for tomorrow for 7 days and when I contacted him today about the time he will arrive at my home

he said he is staying on a boat with a friend so will not come until Monday.

I am not sure how this works with ABB now that he is coming 2 days later do I lose the funds for those two days?

How should I respond?
