@Isaac120 Do you ever know what the future will hold?  🙂

Remember that no one knows as well as you what your place is like and what you offer to guests.  Think first of the guests and make sure they're as comfortable as you would wish to be anywhere you go.  You'll have some fun and make some money.  If you don't like it you can always get out of it.
