One guest things that she made already a payment, but didn't receive any confirmation.

My guest Veronica from Washington, tries to book a resevation for the first time.
She thinks that she made already a payment. She filled the payment form and send the request, but she didn't get any confirmation number and I also didn't receive her booking. Since I cannot see what she has done wrong, would it be possible to check what exactly was is missing to finish the requested booking.
