One guest things that she made already a payment, but didn't receive any confirmation.

Hallo, 

My guest Veronica from Washington, tries to book a resevation for the first time. 

She thinks that she made already a payment. She filled the payment form and send the request, but she didn't get any confirmation number and I also didn't receive her booking. Since I cannot see what she has done wrong, would it be possible to check what exactly was is missing to finish the requested booking.

I have the same problem. Did you have received any answer or advise from airbnb?

@Que-Lam0 AirBNB handled all payments. I would kindly advise her of that fact and refer her to contact AirBNB.  The same number works for hosts and guests you can direct them to the this article on how to best contact AirBNB.
