Parking spaces in Sofia, Bulgaria

I wanted to ask if there are strict policies about parking spaces. Is the host required by AirBnB to own at least one parking space for the guests or is that just an extra? I've heard that in Sofia, Bulgaria people that rent flats in the ideal center are REQUIRED by AirBnB to provide at least one parking space, even if it is not in the offer (appartment description).

No, it`s not true. No such thing...

Guests, arriving  by personal vehicles are no more than 1-2 percent.
