I have not received payments for nearly 4 weeks despite the process being very efficient for the past 18 months. I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing issues or can recommend a way to resolve this?

As it has been over 10 days since your guests checked in, there must have been an error, I suggest that you contact Airbnb about this - this Community help guide explains the best ways to get in touch with them.
