Hello,

 

I have not received payments for nearly 4 weeks despite the process being very efficient for the past 18 months.  I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing issues or can recommend a way to resolve this?

I'm sorry to hear you haven't yet received your payouts.

 

As it has been over 10 days since your guests checked in, there must have been an error, I suggest that you contact Airbnb about this -  this Community help guide explains the best ways  to get in touch with them.

 

I hope you will receive your payouts soon, please let us know!
