Hey there! I'm worried about having fewer reservations than normal in one of my apartments and although I have adjusted the price according to low demand and being many times on top of the search result for my city the price which shows there is double the one I set for those days while others appear lower than in reality it is! Does this mean when searching for specific dates Airbnb does not update according to the dates but simply shows the base price set for the year? Is there a way of changing this?
thanks in advance for any light on this!
i don't know, i'm having the same problem, where the search turns up a price on my property that's twice what i have it listed as. i'm hoping somebody knows.
