Settings for availabity

Have Avail settings for each weekend this summer set as follows:

Example:

Start Date 9/14 end date 9/16 - Two Night Stay - Check in only Friday.

Just got a 9/15, 16, 17 reservation.  While the three nights are good, I would have prefered to just have them here Friday/Saturday at my weekend rate.  Now I have the Friday Night hanging out there avail and the chances of selling that are low.  What do i need to change in these settings to get the system to not allow this reservation in the future

With those settings you shouldn't have received a booking with a checkin on the 15th.

When I try to book your listing for a weekend in September I can check in only on Fridays. For example, I can select the 21st of September for checkin but not the 22nd or the 23rd.

I'm not sure which method you used to select those settings. If you're sure that they were correctly done for that weekend you could contact Airbnb support to see if the settings were accepted.

got it.  I am a super host.  is there a specific email I should use to contact them?

Hello @Jordan183,

Type "contact airbnb" in the "Search the community" box on these forum pages where you posted your question. Scroll down a little in the list of suggestions that appears and click on the "Contact Airbnb: A Community Help Guide[UPDATED]" one. That lists phone numbers and ways to contact them via Twitter or Facebook.

I've found them to be responsive and helpful when contacted on Twitter.
