Unfair Review

Unfair Review

We just had a guest left a 3 star review because of our open space kitchen and living room.. This information is on the property description and can be seen in pictures. Also it was mentioned again when I suggested for him to hire a pool fence for the safety of his small children. He said he "missed" this information. 

 

It's not our fault he failed to read thoroughly. Does anyone know if there are rules for this?

This is a constant problem, with many,many posts in the forum on this subject. Yours is another to add to the list.

 

You can contact AirBnb CS and if they agree with your issue then they may amend the review score, or even ask the guest if they made a mistake.

 

Be patient and polite with the CS and they may well assist on this one.
