What happened to Custom Monthly pricing option?

I'm looking for the option that says "You can also set a custom price for a specific week or month" as shown here: https://community.withairbnb.com/t5/Tips-Tutorials/Setting-a-Weekly-or-Monthly-Rate-A-Community-Help...

It has disappeared!

To RESTORE your option to view/set a custom price for specific weeks or months:

  1. Go to Your Listings
  2. Click Manage listing
  3. Click Pricing
  4. For Length-of-stay prices, click Edit
  5. -----> Click the Page Refresh button in your browser; this forces the missing settings to re-appear.

I thought I lost my mind for a bit there... thank you!

Dee, this solution doesn't seem to work for me, as I can only get to step 3, as there is no option appearing for "Length of stay prices". And eve if I do refresh my browser, it still doesn't appear.

Thanks for posting, but unfortunately it doesn't fix the issue.

For a split-second these re-appear - then dissappear again. What to do?

Well glad its not just me.

I never knew of this option until I got so frustared trying to set short breaks in normal week only booking periods and I found it appearing briefly and even got as far as the list of week, and pumpf, it dissappeared. I was told also to F5 - refresh - my browser but its pops up for a second. Then they closed my case and I had to raise it again and was told it would be passed on. I looked into the HTML code for the page and it wont appear because of the way the code is written and the link to bring the option up in simply not put in correctly - see photo - plus some code 'data-prevent-default.

So this is either sloppy coding or they don't what the option any more as I see this issue goes back to 2017. But this option as other point out is still in the help section.week rates void.jpg
