Zoning appeals in Cheltenham Township, PA

I'm currently in a neighbor dispute -- in fact our court date is in four days. And now it seems they've retailiated by turning me in to the township that I'm violating zoning with airbnb (frankly, bc there are so many of us, I didn't know it was illegal to do airbnb). I'm wondering if anyone out there from Cheltenham Township, PA has had any experience with the zoning board. It's about $1,500 to appeal, which could be worth it if I win. But I don't know how easy it is to win. Thanks for any help out there. I'm so sad about this.
