started yesterday.... When trying to help people, I always like to check their listing, gives me a much better idea of what they are talking about. now, on my tablet as well as desktop, on the App as well as Airbnb web site, you click on profile and it gets you right back to the community home page. I can't even copy the code and start a new page with that....@ Lizzie, anything you can do about this?

@Annette33, @Ira4 Just had it happen to me. I have had this happen intermittently and it usually goes away and all is well later. Like both of you, I think my responses are much better if I can see the profile of the poster.
You are right, this is so annoying as it limits the ways in which we as hosts can help those with queries - surely the main purpose of this forum @ Lizzie please can you get the techies to reinstate.
Every day and in every way Airbnb's IT gets worse and worse.

Thanks for reporting this issue, I know you are all great at giving personalised and helpful advice and that this is difficult if you are not able to easily get onto hosts' profiles and listings.
I can confirm that this is a bug in the system and the tech team are currently investigating it. Hopefully it will be back to normal soon!
