email messages

My computer email shows I have a message from airbnb but no body of the message comes up.  This only happens on computers, not my phone. Any ideas why I am not getting the body of the messsgae? Subject line and time sent both appear in header. Thanks

@Trish10 Hello from North County, SLO!  That's very odd, especially if you are using Google Chrome on your computer.  Try going to your Inbox on your Dashboard and see if the entire message is there.  Hard to tell whether it's you email provider or Airbnb.

I have the same problem: no text in the email body. I've contacted Airbnb, and they say no-one has complained of this problem. Looks like they don't read this forum! Has anyone found an answer to this? I can't do any real work on my computer with Airbnb, only on my phone. 

I use Google Chrome, and my email provider is Earthlink webmail.
