What are we to do?  Reviews can make or break any business.  BUT REVIEWS are not always done out purest of one's heart.  I complained to a guest who during their  stay open brand new personal items and altered my unit then threaten to write untruthful accusations about condition and stay at my unit?   ALMOST SEEMS LIKE BLACKMAIL!

@God-S-House-Of-Solomon0 threatening to leave a bad review is against airbnb policy, make sure you have documentation of this within the airbnb messaging system to back you up in case this guest really leave a false review in the future,
