longer term reservations

longer term reservations

I host in Kent, UK. I've received a request for a 29 night reservation from a businessman. He wants to pay weekly (up-front each week) I am comfortable with this arrangement. How do I set up a weekly payment plan with Airbnb?

Generally, Airbnb pays everything up front up to a month. For stays longer than a month, you will be paid for the first month at the beginning, and then for each month (or fraction thereof) at the beginning of each subsequent month.

The only way I can think of to work this out the way you want is to have the guest make several reservations for a week each.

So that would be 7,7,7,7,1 day stays (or the last one could just be for 8 days.

Thanks Hilary and Ed, That's pretty much what i thought too.  Appreciate your help.

Hello @Sally164 this was aseked a few days ago; it is not recommended that you accept outside payments, if this business man does not have enough money to pay 1 month upfront then you probably don't want him as a guest. There's no way for you to know that he will actually stay the whole month and not cancel you at the last moment.  I would not recommend you to accept this booking as suggested.
