is it ok to have an on-site manager in a separte space on the property

I noticed a signifcant difference in "Airbnb guest service fee percentage" when an accomodation is booked for 27 nights or 28 nights (which is considered as a "long term stay"). Testing it on one of my listings it says 15,5% for the 27 nights (or shorter)...

In the Aitbnb Community Center Notification Feed, it said that I ranked up to Level 2. Does any know what that means or can explain what the levels indicate? Much appreciated! Latest reply by Elena-and-Antonella0
