request/messages disappeared

Guest requested a second alteration to a booking, which I approved - but it the transaction did not appear, nor did the booking change and guest is still schedueld to arrive today..

 

We aren't sure how to proceed..

Last week I submitted a request to book from my phone. I went through the steps, the last of which was to message the host to tell the about myself. The request doesn't show up on my pending trips, I have never received any confirmation via email, and now the apartment has disappeared from listings (even when I change dates) so I cannot message the host to tell them what happened. Also AirBNB automatically signs me out when I try to visit my trips.
