response rate is incorrect

response rate is incorrect

The response rate in our account is showing 0... but I have responded immediately to every message -even the ones I received at 3:00am! I do not log in to my airbnb account. I usually answer from my phone via text messaging. Any ideas? thanks!

You are supposed to do your messaging through AirBnB.  Maybe you should do that?

I have the same problem and I ALWAYS respond through airbnb - is there any other way to do it?? I use the app - I'm wondering if the app response rate doesn't get calculated within the overall response rate properly? On the chart mine shows 0 but the percentage is 93%. There is definitely something wrong with their system.

I am a new host - it took about 10 days for my response rate to show up.  When it did, it was 100% - I don't know if the thing that made it show up was me responding to a certain # of requests, or if it is a matter of how many days.  But I responded to a request on my first day, and nothing happened with my response rate until about day 10.

 

I also respond immediately to all messages, sometimes through text, sometimes through the airbnb app.  I think the system understands/tracks both.
