system error

I experience a servere system error on my profile. I have tried for weeks to get Airbnb's attention but they don't react. I simply cannot get through.

Anything anyone? 

The system glitch is real. I am a very experienced host and a computer superuser. It is not "just an idiot who can't use a computer"

Hi Stephen,

I think your best bet is to tweet @airbnbhelp and they will ask you to DM your listing and sometimes they will ask you for your email or phone number and contact you right back. I have been hearing a lot of people having issues contacting Airbnb outside of US and Canada but being in Canada, my experiences have been excellent. Give Twitter a try and I believe you may have some success.

It was horrible working with the system lately. I got tons of complains from potential guests they cannot book, and get stable errors.
I lose money- so I just opens Booking account.
