5 Star hotel front desk method.

As a host always make  the guest feel my hospitality  6 hours after they have arrived through the   airbnb platform to see how their stay is (just like front desk at a hotel would do) .Having a clean home and booked calendar is a cake walk ; any one can do that  . I actually suggest they are blunt/ share what they don’t like  about the home and specifics that need’s improvement . Constructive criticism is one’s best asset .

Hello @James4510 👋

Thank you so much for taking the time to share with Community. I wanted to ask how you show your guests wonderful hospitality? What kind of practices do you put in place?

Constructive is the key word in your message I think, as it's important that you can grow and develop where needed from the feedback to keep improving your listing. What type of feedback have you received from guests, anything you'd like to share?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

@Rebecca some standards i like to instill is all reservations over $1k we always leave Costco muffins or bottle of wine. Other specifics would include if there is a family staying for a longer period of time we ensure to always leave a surplus of extra towels/toilet paper .

Some feedback we have gotten was to put privacy film (fogged tint) on the bathroom window that’s 4 ft above the shower to ensure neighbor directly behind the home doesn’t have the opportunity to look into the bathroom. Another would be to provide an oscillating fan in the bedrooms for those whose body temp runs a little different.
