Can't access itinerary

Can't access itinerary

Hi,

 

My mum has booked an Airbnb for next week for a family trip and added me to the itinerary. Unfortunately I can't seem to access it on web or on the app, I just get the message 'Sorry, we are not able to process this request.'

 

Any idea why I can't access the itinerary?

 

The Airbnb has no reviews but the host seems to be a trusted host.

Has your mum asked the host /airbnb. If not she should start there @Zabby1 

 

If your mum has added your email the booking should be shared with you
