Liability Waiver

Hello, 

I recently added a waiver for swimming pool, hot tub and sauna use for the properties that have one or more of these. A guest communicated upfront that they won't sign the waiver. How should I proceed? How can make sure I am protected as a host and get Airbnb to support me.

You would have to decline the booking request if the guest won't sign the waiver. 

Just to note....If you do some research about liability waivers, many times they won't stand up in court if there is proven negligence such as faulty or broken equipment, missing safety equipment, etc. An attorney could better advise you on that. I doubt Airbnb will get involved in this...it is between you and your guests.
