New to airbnb (hosting)

Hi there,

 

I have been a long time airbnb user but new to hosting.  My name is Greg.  I had my first message on airbnb that basically said that the person trying to book a reservation with me non longer has an airbnb account....does this mean they were flagged as a scam or how do I reply?

 

Sorry for being a newbie.  Lol

@Greg2563 If you cannot reply then just forget about them. Do though keep an eye on your response stats and call Airbnb just in case they ding you for a non response.
