Hello @Ajit140
So I went onto your listing as a guest would see it and to be honest with you Ajit, you need to do this too to understand what I mean.
There is a lot of information missing:
==>Go back into the list of amenities to tick all the things that you provide - 7 is way too little!
==>Describe your place better to guests to tell them what is great about it. Give them a reason to book with you.
==>You mention that your 1 bed apartment is great for families but there is only 1 bed!
==>Your photos - oh dear! Your top photo is of the lobby tiled floor - that is not going to make me click on your listing and the next 4 (also very important) are disappointing too.
==>You have only 5/6 photos - you need to improve them (too dark and brown) and show some of the bathroom (very important)
==>Fill out your profil page - guests want to know who they are dealing with and need to trust their host especially as you are new to Airbnb. If you fill out your page, you'll feel more comfortable in asking future guests to fill out theirs😉
Take some time to look at how your competitors have done their listings for inspiration. There has been a big increase in listings so we need to make ours as attractive as possible.
Every time we change something to our listing, the algorithm picks this out so making the changes suggested will give your listing a boost.
Good luck!
Joëlle
