I actually cannot figure out how to reply to an inquiry. I've been on hold with AirBNB for half hour, meanwhile the guest is waiting for me to respond and I can't because there isn't a 'reply' box to their message. I can only approve or deny their request...but they are asking questions and I want to answer. Ugh.
