Special Offers

Hi everyone, recently many guests have asked me to send a special offer, and they usually tell me how much they are willing to pay. The problem is, when I send in the special offer, Airbnb percentages and other things are added, so I can never know how much the total will be. For instance, the guest says they want to pay 100 usd, if I send in a special offer, its not going to be 100 usd, it will be 100 usd+ airbnb percentage - taxes, etc. Is there a way to do this, where I send in 100 usd and it's the total amount the person will pay?

@Nura1 Why entertain first-time guest’s request for a special offer? If they don’t want to pay for what you have to offer, just respond that there are no special discounts available. Why should you worry about what the calculation should be to please their lowball offer?

You can see what guests in total are paying in the price calculater, which is part of the calender.

You can also roughly calculate it yourself, as Airbnb percentage and taxes are rather fixed variables, which you easily be detect by simulating a booking on your own listing.

You can also choose (if available) to switch to "host only fee", then you pay on all bookings the Service fees and not the guest. Then it is only the taxes you need to determine.
