Taking Host to Couort

Hi,

my staff/Friends & I recently stayed at one of the Listed properties and unfortunately we found out that the place was filled with bed bugs and my friend has been bitten severely and has got really bad marks all over his body.

we are taking the host to court however we require the address and full name of the relevant party. 

How do i go about getting this information, Airbnb support team is an absolute joke, they just apologized and left it at that

@Piranavan0 what do you plan to claim in your court case? Good luck as you will almost certainly waste your money so Airbnb is doing you a favour not helping you with a name and address.
