WHY can not HOSTS RATE Airbnb ??? Why NO yearly Feedback Requests/ surveys from Hosts = BIG PROBLEMS GROW

How much income do Hosts have to make before Hosts can Rate their experience with Airbnb ????? !!!!!!!!!!
I personally have made Airbnb over $250,000 income over years and never ever received a yearly Host Feedback Request / Survey for listing problems and issues facing Hosts in this ever changing scene = WHY ??????

This a major fault and problems are growing quickly as they don't even ask or listen !!!!

Airbnb what are biggest problems for Hosts in 2030??? 
Answer = Scaming guests requesting refunds and the Review process being misused by nasty deframitory guests !!!!
How would Airbnb even know when they even don't do any surveys !!!

They send updates but NEVER constructive feedback requests from their valued Hosts = WHY ???

Are you reading this Airbnb !!!!!  Your need try better .... Sorry only 3.5 Star Rating in 2023 ...down from 4 Star in 2020

All Host should start Rating Airbnb in this community Forum then they MIGHT start listening to us !!!
