Phone calls, meanwhile, enable direct and personal interaction, though some guests might prefer to avoid verbal conversations, especially in an international context.

What’s your preferred method of communicating with your guests: through Airbnb, by text, by phone, or perhaps by email?

absolutely through Airbnb by text,  most of my guests come from the US and they seem to appreciate this form of communication which is less invasive than phone calls 😊

I always write them in English, since the Airbnb translation is very poor 😕
