my recent guest cause some damages to our built in bbq and I will be filing a claim amonsts other issues. Do you wait until the 14th day to file a claim to prevent them from retaliate with a bad review?
You can put the claim immediately and wait as if they don’t pay then Airbnb step in . Don’t worry about the review and they can remove that if it’s in retaliation.

Hi @Danny627 , @Shabana4 has shared a sound advice. Did you raise a claim with Airbnb? Has the guest already left the review? Or have you already left an honest review for the guest?
