Will the offer work for you

Will the offer work for you

To the CEO Mr. Brian Chesky,

If your reservation is canceled by the host without any reason, or if the reason is "unauthorized party" without providing any proof, will you accept the cancelation?

If the support team off you $60 and close the case and you found that amount of money will not help at all for finding a comparable or better place to stay, are you happy?

If Airbnb protects hosts more than guests and all guests do not use Airbnb to process any booking, how Airbnb run business?

If there is no formal complaints process, how do you know or your executive team know what guests are thinking, what issues guests are facing, how do you keep the services go well?

This is a forum for discussion for hosts and guests. It is not a way to reach Brian Chesky, nor Airbnb itself.

You haven't given enough detail about your situation really for anyone to offer specific advice. Firstly, were you already staying at the property and the host cancelled the stay because he/she said you threw an unauthorised party OR were you attempting to make a booking and it was blocked because there was suspicion that you would throw a party?

If it was the latter, this is an Airbnb policy and nothing to do with the host. Airbnb has an anti-party policy and is blocking certain bookings (usually from those who are attempting to book an entire listing local to them and who are under 25). This is especially true for bookings over the New Year period.
