issue with Air Conditioning in Airbnb

I have guests that arrived Wed and are not scheduled to leave until Tues. 

Our Air Conditioning has stopped working.  I am trying to get someone out to fix it, but the unit has to thaw before a technician can even look at it.  It is 100 degrees outside and it is not thawing....what do I do with my guests for tonight? 

They have been great so far and thankfully will not be home until late tonight, but there is no way they will be able to sleep without air conditioning.  The temp inside the house is up to 85 degrees and rising.  Can anyone help me?  Airbnb has been no help so far as they can get to me for over an hour just so I can ask what I should do.

Buy a floor model,so you can easily remove it when not in use.I have one and works great❄️

@Allyson36  Do you have fans? I would suggest fans, open windows, and maybe a portable unit to get them through the night? I don’t know if other hosts would disagree with me, but AC in Texas is an essential utility so I would also offer a small refund for the inconvenience.

I have three aircons in my house. Sometimes one of them stops working. When that happens I have two floor fans guests can use. Guests are quite happy with that as an alternative while waiting for a aircon guy to show up.
