Hello, I am trying to change my service fees to split fees but I seem to have no options allowing me to do so? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi @Mehreen8 , can you confirm if you're using a channel manager?
Here's an Airbnb article that might help you with more insights : 👉Airbnb service fees 👈
As Joelle mentioned below, here's what it says in the article
Host only fee is mandatory for traditional hospitality listings, such as hotels, serviced apartments, etc., as well as software-connected hosts (unless most of their listings are in the USA, Canada, the Bahamas, Mexico, Argentina, Taiwan or Uruguay).
Have you reached out to Customer Support team if the above criteria is not for you?

Hello @Mehreen8
This happens when hosts use a Channel Manager - it's host only fees in this case and the split fee option is not available to these hosts. Could this be the reason?
All the best
Joëlle
This is not true - I host in Greece and now it is mandatory for all hosts to accept the entire service fee of 15.5 %. I have always paid just 3% and the guests paid around 16.5 % in my region Unfortunately due to airbnb obviously wanting to keep up with other holiday rental platforms, they have decided it would be best to charge the entire fees to the host, therefore making the hosts income less or having to increase them to cover the new fees - and not showing this in the prices seen by potential guests, making it seem like the hosts are now greedy and the prices are too high - making some of us lose guests, which I assume is the case for me!
Hello @Yvonne774
My answer was true at the time it was posted, back in April 2025.
Things have changed since and Airbnb are making the single fee mandatory in certain countries now and with time this will be spread to ALL countries I imagine.
