Stats View not updating.

In the Stats tab, my views statistics haven't updated. It says data is delayed for 3 days but last view stat is on April 2.

Anyone experiencing the same problem?

I'm facing a kind of "similar" issue where my rating stats are not being updated. The numbers are the same in my last 2 reviews in all of my categories and I know both guests have given me stars. Is this happening to any of you?

Hello again Liz,

Can you explain to me about the stat graph , It shows that I've had three requests for the month of May. The problem is that

no one has sent requests for these dates. Are we not getting request when people wish to book or is this just a graph for

the City. I'm confused a tat.

Same with us - no views, enquiries or bookings since 27th April - most unusual as we have been receiving 2 bookings a week previously.

Same here. No views for May at all but we've had two bookings (which are showing in stats). Hope they get this fixed soon.

Any update on the STATS not working again? It would be great if you could give up a CURRENT update on getting the problem solved, and not just tell the Hosts the issue has been fixed AFTER it's done. Thanks so much!

Hi Lizzie,

I wonder if you can help me. I have no stats at all for the months ahead, and for the current month (June) it says I have 60 views but no bookings, whereas I actually have 4. Also, I haven't received any enquiries for the past 2 weeks, which is strange given that the listing seems to be popular and it's been at least 80% booked so far.

It's all very strange.

Same for me. My stats show no views, no requests, no bookings, yet it should considering I have several bookings. Just another really annoying glitch that is taking forever to fix. Has anyone actually had a response from Airbnb about the situation?

My stats have not updated prpoerly and does not show booking for this month and will not allow me to look through the following months, thus hampering my decisions on price changes etc

I contacted Airbnb regarding stats. It seems that there was a malfunctioning of the trip day views and they are not coming back 😞

I contacted them on Facebook about 3 weeks ago & they keep telling me the team is working on it - really??? It shouldn't be that hard to get something so important to work!

I have been complaingin about the stats not updating for about a year now and it gets no better.  I have mentioned it through email via the help pages and through twitter.  I have been told on more than one occasion the tech guys are working on it.  This I doubt since the website and app have gone through severla major updates since I first complained and it has got no better.

My main concern is if the badly counted stats are the same stats that Airbnb use to decide super host status.  It does not create confdence does it.

Yes, I have the same problem, no viewing stats available.  Does anyone know if it is being fixed?
