@Dragomir1 always have someone check the property after guests leave. If you can't, hire a co-host or your cleaning personel can do it. Never rely on guests to be responsible. You are lucky that no harm was done. The electric bill will be huge for sure but you can't prove it was the guests fault, it will be your word against theirs. Give them a roper review, and be more careful in the future. And @Kamel15 yet again, is there anything we can do to help you? 🙂
Edit: i now see that this happened in July according to your rewiew, nothing you can do about that now. And why would you give them such good review after how they left your apartment. Reviews should be honest and if you left the review before checking the apartment you should never do that.
