Cannot change base price

Hi, I'm trying to change my base price to $30, but whenever I go to view the listing, it says $31. I have refreshed, rebooted, waited, done it over again and again, nothing's working. What am I doing wrong?

When you go into the Price Settings on your Calendar, you can change the base price.

Do you have smart pricing on? If so, that could be why your base is $30 but the smart pricing upped it to $31. Sometimes I noticed if I changed something through the website, it wouldn't save until I also made the same change on the app (or vice versa).

I have a similar problem.  I change the base price, but the change doesn't show on my calendar.  Weekend price change does.
