Emergency Safety Card

Hi,

I'm in Australia and need to be able to print out a new Emergency Safety Card. The card no longer appears in my listing anywhere, and the card that I have is...well the word is gross after my last guests. Please, can someone point me in the right direction? I've spent the last three hours on the website and Internet to no avail. Thank you in advance.

I'm sorry to have to inform you that the card is no longer available.

However, they did hear out my concerns regarding the loss, and will take re-establishing the card again into consideration.

Thanks for that link, Lilith. I went to the link you provided ( https://www.airbnb.com/home-safety ) and then clicked on "Update My Listing" and it took me to my safety card.

The URL of the safety card is: https://www.airbnb.com/manage-your-space/***/details/home-safety-amenities Just take out the "***" and add in your unique listing ID that is found in the direct link to your listing.

Looks like airbnb is offering free smoke/CO detectors to a limited number of hosts, too! I requested one on that same page. Pretty cool.

In spite of several posts that say the information is no longer available, as of today, I was able to retrieve my > 2 year old information, using Laura's URL: https://www.airbnb.com/manage-your-space/***/details/home-safety-amenities.

The *** is, for my information, a 7-digit number that appears in the URL when I load that specific listing.

In general, I think the airbnb web site is great, but in this case, kudos to users who have created workarounds to a broken (or poorly announced) user interface change!

Update from AirBnB:

I apologize for the delayed response, I worked with our account specialist and upon our thorough check, the Emergency Safety Card is no longer offered on our website.

I will have this escalated to our team as a feedback for us to check if we will be able to offer this feature again on our website as we are always looking for suggestions to make our platform better for both hosts and guests.

Thanks for helping make Airbnb better than ever!

I would also like to know if and when it will be available again. I am new to Airbnb and I would like to provide this for my guests.

I need to update the details on the Emergency Safety Card. I see there are a number of requests for this as it seems to have disappeared. Please advise.

I'm sorry to have to inform you that the card is no longer available.

Hi, I am not sure if Airbnb enabled this again, but I found the Safety card as I need to re-print and laminate mine.

Go to:

Manage Listing, Amenities, Home Safety, then "Edit"

and you should see the Print Safety Card "Preview and Print" button at the bottom

Regards

Chris

@Chris-and-Lizelle0 Perfect instructions for finding the safety card,  but I'm a bit "underwhelmed" by what it is. Just 9-1-1 and evacuation route?? I was expecting other info. I am making my own with 9-1-1 on top, then numbers for local walk-in clinic and closest ER, for people who don't need ambulance, etc. Location of flashlight, fire extinguisher, first aid kit.  Evacuation plan?? Meaning what? Shortest route to get back off the peninsula over the bridge?? (There actually is evacuation signage on the highway and exits...)The house is really a no-brainer for how to exit in emergency. If you were including other emergency info what would it be?

I also need the emergency card. Will you put it back?

Chanette

Thanks I am in Barbados and just doscovered the same problem trying to print a new one.
