Filing a Complaint

What is the process of filing a complaint on AirBnb? My host accepted my payment, but then had to cancel because it wasn't the correct rate! I believe once the payment was received, the booking should be set in stone. Can anyone help with this?

The host is in error. Not you, but the host should have cancelled, as it is his/her fault nothaving the correct rates set in the listing. And yes, once a booking is confirmed it is a final agreement. You can contact Airbnb in several ways:

You can also report the host via the "flag" link on the host profile.
