Hi I am concerned that 'Rainbow Valley retreat" in the Derwent Valley of Tasmania comes up under google with a comment saying the host cancalled so many days before their coming. I have NEVER cancalled any unless they requested which was a couple of years ago. I feel this comment coming under the google page is incredably damaging to a small business that I have worked up. I have put this comment up as it also seems to be impossible to connect with anyone on Airb&b if we have a problem. I would be most appreciative of a response. Hi Lizzie thank you so much. The next time I looked they didnt appear to be there....a little weird, I have seen this sort of thing for other hosts though and I wonder now if it is some sort of scam. I will let you know if it happens again. Thanks for your trouble. 🙂
@Mandy52 I looked at your 89 reviews and never found the cancelled review. I am unclear how you think Air BNB can help you, but if you need to contact Air BNB, maybe this guide will help.
How the heck do you manage to have hosted so many without needing to contact Air BNB...amazing! Good luck

Aw this does sound a little strange, I have just taken a look at your listing page and I can't see you have made any cancellation either. I also searched what you mentioned in Google and again I could only see lovely discriptions of your property. Perhaps this has changed?
