Notice of violation

Hi all,

i received notice of violation for one of the listing that i’ve already taken down. The notice just said i need a license for short term activity but the listing is no longer on airbnb. Should i still reach out and explain to them or i just ignore it as i no longer have that listing. Thanks for any advices.

I vote for ignore.  If a message makes no sense then it is probably system generated so the system is flawed.  Who knew!

@Niki61 Did you receive this notice from the municipality of Aurora?

If your locale requires you to have a Short Term Rental license or permit  they will probably continue to contact you.

If I received such a notice I would definitely respond. Final decision wether to respond or not is soley up to you.

Thanks for the advices! I will contact and let them know i dont have any short term rental as i want to make sure there is no fine or anything in case i dont response 😞
