Hi there @Basem1, thanks for your reply here. As my colleague mentioned to another hosts here, the only thing I can do is pass your case on to the team. Sadly, I can't promise a swift reply from them on this.
I will pass this on to them now, however, I would still recommend trying to contact them whenever possible.
Hi @Quincy, thank you for your reply back. I do understand that you guys have got your hands tied up when it comes to solving the issue fully, but I do appreciate the effort to try and forward it to your team.
I have tried calling in multiple times but unfortunately only calls regarding upcoming reservations are answered, any other issues will have to be talked about through your chat support system; which I have done but still awaiting a reply since days!
They haven't gotten back to me regarding this issue, and this bothers me since it affects my business due to all the rentals I currently have up on AirBnB are rented out based on their location's season, and the season is almost over!
However, thank you for getting back to me and I guess I will have to do what everyone else here did and be patient..but please do address the team to solve this technical issue since we all know that payments are the core of this affiliation between us clients and AirBnB.

Several hosts here have issues with missing payments (I had the same issue) but your case seems to be different. In most of the cases here, the payout had not been executed by ABB. You say that the payment was sent out and you did not receive it. There might be an error in the transfer. Have you already talked to your bank? Is it the first payment that you receive this season?

The payout status no longer shows "processing". The estimated arrival time was on the 17th, it has not arrived as of today.
I've opened multiple support tickets but they keep closing my new tickets and merging them with existing ones..they are quite quick to get back to new tickets but can't get back to my existing one.
I have already talked to my lawyer yesterday and he is handling this issue regarding delays in support, delays in payment and affecting my business negatively, and unfortunately I was informed by him I can no longer comment deeper on this topic as of today.
I have blocked all the days and will no longer use AirBnB.
As I have mentioned previously, I knew there might be a risk using AirBnB since I've read many complaints about payout delays on this forum, but I decided to take the risk and test it out myself, therefore I am not fuming with anger since I am positive my lawyer will take care of it and additionally I would've never known if AirBnB was worth it unless if I've given it a go.
And yes @Peter2736, it is my first payout to ever receive through AirBnB.
Quick Update
I managed to get hold of an AirBnB support agent who was nice enough to put me through to the billings department, they can see the payout was completed successfully in my account but nobody understands why I haven't gotten it yet. They have forwarded my case to a specialist within the department who is going to look into it and get back to me within the next 24 hours. I might end up sending them a PDF of my bank statement, which I am eagerly waiting to forward.
They confirmed that this is a rare case and they are investigating the issue right now, I will give a quick update when there is any progress made.
The irony here (or not) is that Airbnb just filed paperwork to go public. Everyone (including myself) is being delayed payments (see my twitter account MikeLuk1) in one way or another (lost, "glitch in the system", no response, "someone will call you back", etc) so that they have more money on the books for a greater value with the IPO....!!! They also barely gave out any of the 250 million in bailout money they got from the federal government !!
This is what you can do !!!!!! Contact your local press people, any name you can think of that does investigative reporting. Share this link to this page.
Any good reporter would be a fool to not want to break this story. Come on, we are not all part of some "glitch" here. This is PLAIN OLD FASHIONED FRAUD in my opinion. I have been fighting for a payout since JANUARY !!!! Countless calls. SOMETHING is going on behind the scenes and it is shady.
When anyone calls now, all you get is basically an answering service that has no ability to help you at all. The company is worth billions and they got 250 million from the federal government. What is going on here?
How many people have gotten EXTRA money in a payout because of a "random glitch"..... It is AMAZING that the "glitch" just so happened to benefit Airbnb in EVERY SINGLE case here.....??

@Mike2164 I have sent information to tech writers who wrote about the impending IPO at NYT, WSJ, Dow Jones, and more. Zero response from any of them.
I today received another 'we will forward your case to someone who can help you' message on Airbnb; same auto-crap they've been sending for months.
I have obviously read about the IPO but also seen rumor of bankruptcy filing?
Shady to say the least and extremely worrying given the amount of $$ owed both to myself, and everybody here.
Important update regarding my previous issue.
AirBnB DID send out the payout method as mentioned on the date promised. The money DID arrive as mentioned by AirBnB on the date promised.
Why didn't I get the money though? Here is why.
When the money arrived to me in Egypt, it does not arrive into my bank account, instead it arrived to my "name"! Instead I must go with my ID to the closest bank branch that is affiliated with my account, and request the money from the bank teller.
This is because the payout was sent to my NAME and ACCOUNT NUMBER, not to my IBAN. This means I must go with my ID and collect the money at the bank where my account is! Additionally it was sent in dollars and not Egyptian pounds.
I basically need to sign an agreement with my bank that any future transfers must be directed straight into my bank account after conversion from USD to EGP, instead of collecting it physically from the bank, and converting it into dollars, then depositing the amount in EGP.
**Tomorrow I'm heading to my bank to collect the amount, they did mention that the amount waiting for me was 441 USD not 450 USD. Hopefully everything works out well.

Out of interest, can I check if this was your first payment? (is this different to your other payments, if it's not?)
Also, if you go into your Airbnb host account > Payments & Payouts (payout method) section you should see a list of possible payout methods available in your local area. You may be asked to enter your address if you haven't already. If you check there, you may see a different payout method, other than USD which might work better for you.

If You are a brandnew host Your first payout(s) will take 30 days do be processed. That applies to all new hosts who start from scratch.

It has been more than 2 months that Airbnb has not made me a single payment for my services already provided to guests. To date, I still haven't received my payments, not even a bank transfer receipt showing the alleged Airbnb payments. I have only received vague responses from Airbnb and internal proofs of alleged payments to me, but that do not include information about the source bank or account, or the destination bank or account, least of all my name. There are 8 accommodations between October and November, more than USD 2,000 in debt to me. Airbnb is conspicuous by its absence and lack of empathy with one of its hosts. A few days ago they thanked the more than 4 million hosts who work for Airbnb, but when they have these problems, they are not even able to show their faces or deliver concrete answers. A shame.
